Innovation in Action is a human-centered methodology that combines technology, business, and design concepts to define and solve problems.  his approach emphasizes the importance of engaging directly with all stakeholders to gain deep, empathetic understanding of their needs and behaviors. The process is prototype-driven, focusing on iterative learning through repeated attempts rather than relying solely on theoretical thinking.
